This 60 minute guided experience is designed to calm the nervous system, deepen relaxation, and restore the body through the powerful combination of sauna heat, breathwork, and sound vibration. This class blends ancient thermal bathing traditions with modern mindfulness practices. Participants begin with guided breathwork in the rest area to regulate the nervous system and prepare the body for heat exposure. The experience then transitions into the Finnish sauna where sound bowls are played within the warmth of the space, allowing sound vibrations to resonate deeply through the body while heat promotes muscular relaxation and circulation.
